Introduction.

Eurocash provide a VAT recovery service, enabling clients to reclaim the value added tax on business related purchases within the European Union.

CyberTrak has developed a suite of applications to automate and integrate the various phases of the recovery process. This has been an ongoing process in response to Eurocash's expansion over the past eight years.

Process.

Our software enables automation of the following tasks:

  • Claim form production.
  • Receivable management.
  • Invoice production.
  • Payment notification production.
  • Query tracking.

In addition, CyberTrak maintains the head office's hardware, network, switches, servers, internet connection and provides a terminal server to link Eurocash's Brighton and Bulgarian offices.

Result.

All of Eurocash's operations can be classed as critical, and no more so than in June before the annual deadline for the company to file its clients tax claims. We are proud to provide the strong foundation upon which all of Eurocash's business takes place.

The implementation of this system has allowed Eurocash to minimise staffing costs for the exceptional amount of paperwork they handle, whilst enabling staff intervention into the claim process to be as coordinated as possible.>
