Yes our remote hardware support software is completely safe, during a remote control session, packets are sent and received via a TCP connection to your PC, which is encrypted with the 256-bit Rijndael Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) algorithm.

Also, with our software you the user have to start the process, and once we are finished all traces of the software are removed from your computer so that you can have full peace of mind we are no longer connected.
